Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and include the RA number on the package.
SECTION 3 - RETURN SHIPPING
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package.
SECTION 4 - REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number] days.
